Beautiful Sunshine Rose Special Needs Pageant Non-Compete Clause

We would like for everyone to understand that Beautiful Sunshine Rose Special Needs Pageants has now changed to a non-compete pageant system. This means that while you are holding a title with Beautiful Sunshine Rose Special Needs Pageant System, you will not be able to hold a title with another pageant system. You will need to wait and finish your reign with BSSR, before competing in another pageant system. If you are a part of another pageant system already, you must finish your reign in that pageant system, before competing in BSSR. We want to make sure that our title holders can give us and do the best that they can; represent us well as they represent themselves wearing the BSSR crown, sash (regalia), or t-shirt at every community service and or event. Yes, you can do non-commitment competitions. If by chance, you do a non-commitment competition, you are not allowed to wear the crown and sash from that competition during your reign with BSSR. If you are caught wearing another pageant system’s regalia during your reign with BSSR, you will forfeit your reign. You will be asked to return your BSSR regalia to Dr. Betty. The regalia must be cleaned or washed and returned at your own expense.Best Regards,Dr. Betty Tequila Lay, ph.d’s h.c.

About the Founder and Ceo

  • Hello, I am the Beautiful Sunshine Rose Special Needs Virtual National Pageants national director and founder.

  • My name is Betty Reynolds, I was born in Columbus, Ohio lived in Kentucky for 8 years and now reside in Dayton Ohio.

  • I have three beautiful daughters that I love so much and they are my main and only priority in life aside from my pageant family.

  • I was diagnosed my second year of first grade with ADHD, learning disabilities, and cognitive delayed.

  • I was never ashame of my disability or I should say special abilities. I was just one that was careful about coming out to just anyone because people like to use my disabilities against me and hurt me as a child and even as an adult today.

  • I am proud of who I am and all I have been through. I would like to state As 2005 I graduated from high school, and Southeast Career Center in Office Training 1 & 2 with my certificate and on the national technical honor society,

  • I later went to The Medical Institute of Kentucky graduating with my certificate in Medical Administrative Assistant and EHR. I started back modeling my children and I with Act-Models and Talent Management, receiving my Trio Honorary Ph.d degree.

  • From their I started my pageant system and received my Women's Entrepreneurship Leadership Certificate in June 2024 and now will be receiving my Associates degree in Healthscience Medical Administrative Assistant from Ultimate Medical Academy.

  • I am a proud mom of all these things as we are all active of community service im our community and doing girl scouts, cheerleading and more the list goes on.

  • Starting this system for me was a way to give back and allow people to know that my disability does not define me or anything I can do. I want others with special abilities to know that they are just as capable of doing and being anything they want in life.

  • Beautiful Sunshine Rose Special Needs Virtual National Pageants is here to open doors to others with special abilities and continue to make a beautiful impact on all that come through our doors. All special abilities are accepted no one is turned away.
